Order Info

Upon placing your order, please allow 2-5 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification through email or text.

Simply find the product you want and click the 'Add To Cart' button or use the "Buy Now" Button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible! We offer a wide range of payment options to suit your needs including the major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover), Paypal, Venmo, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Amazon Pay.

Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damages/defects, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure the best shopping experience. You can simply contact us at support@bikinibrio.com or click the Facebook Messenger Bubble at the bottom right, navigate the menu to contact us, and we'll get it addressed! You can request a free exchange of your product simply by shipping it back to us. Please just send image proof first.

At the moment we only ship to the United States and Canada.

Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to process. Most domestic and international orders arrive within 8-20 business days. Domestic shipping to the United States will typically arrive sooner.
