What is the return window to exchange or return my items?
As long as you submit your return request within 30 days from when you received your order, we will accept your return or exchange. Returns or exchanges outside of this return window will not be accepted.


Can I get a cash refund?
We offer full refunds through paypal.

How do I know if I qualify for a return?
You must make sure that you place the return request during the return window listed above as well as meeting the following requirements:
Return items can not be used or damaged. Return items can not be washed or altered in any way. When trying it on, it is recommended to do so above other clothing for hygiene purposes.
The item must be returned in the condition in which it was received, this includes all tags and the sanitary strip.

Does it cost anything to return an item and do I pay for duties and taxes?
Bikini Brio charges $5 to cover our handling and processing fees.
You are responsible for all return costs (shipping, duties, and taxes). We will not reimburse these costs.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a return which has unpaid duties and taxes being charged to Bikini Brio.

How do I go about returning an item, what’s the process?
Submit a return request to support@bikinibrio.com. Put in the subject line: The order number. To speed up the process please include photos with the tags still on the product and the hygiene strip in place.
After that, it will take about 1-2 business days for us to process and approve the request.
After your return request is approved by our team, you will receive an email containing the return address and pre-paid postage printable and other details necessary for the return.
You will then ship the items to the address provided.
Upon receiving your items, we will perform quality control on the items. If it passes our quality control, we will then send you an email with your store credit.
You can then use this credit to buy new items from our store.
Note: Bikini Brio is not liable for missing shipments if you waive the signature requirement as this is out of our control. Additionally, we advise you to keep your Tracking ID for your order in case unforeseen problems arise.

What happens if I received a damaged or defective product?
Our product is inspected before shipping to provide the highest quality to our customers. However, if you do receive a product that is damaged or defective, contact us at support@bikinibrio.com within 1 month of receipt. Include images showing the defective or damaged product in your email and we’ll handle the problem quickly.
Note: Bikini Brio is not liable for any damage caused by the customer or for normal wear and tear.

I understand everything you’re saying about the return policy, but it just didn’t fit right, can you cover the fees then?
We will only cover the fees if the item is defective.
We are very aware of how important sizing is when shopping for swimwear, if you have any questions or doubts, please feel free to send us an email at support@bikinibrio.com and we will guide you in the right direction.

I purchased several items and only need to return one item, is that ok?
Absolutely! You do not need to return the whole order, only the items you wish to exchange or return.

Where should I send the items I wish to exchange or return?
As mentioned above, first submit a return request and we will send you an email back with all the details including a return address after we approve your request.

What happens if I received the wrong order?
This shouldn’t happen but in the rare event that it does, please contact us at your earliest convenience at support@bikinibrio.com
